Ban rent and lease gouging by limiting annual rate increases. Set greater protections for older and fixed-income homeowners, leaseholders and renters. Ensure houses, apartments, farms, and mobile homes return to a reasonable cost.

    Food access. Fight for lower grocery costs. Support local Main Streets through grants, online support, beautification and greater commercial draws. Promote local farms, groceries, butchers, stores, and products from our community. Create and support community events that promote our local goods and services.

    Public education. Overhaul Pennsylvania's unconstitutional school funding system. Deliver overdue education funding reform for our communities. Prioritize equitable funding for every public school in District 183. Support our public school teachers and staff. Ensure every child has access to a quality education regardless of zip code.

    Support first responders. Stand behind the heroes who protect us when we need them. Address undue dangers and overwhelming financial obligations on first responders. Back police in addressing speeding motorcyclists and underage e-bikes. Relieve volunteer firefighters from over $1 million fire truck bills. Fund 9-1-1 first responder technology without raising community taxes.
